Use this page to tell KOOVEXO that you want to withdraw from or cancel an eligible contract or order. This online function is provided as an additional customer-service channel. Your legal rights depend on the law that applies to your transaction.
For European Union consumers, where an EU statutory right of withdrawal applies, this function is intended to provide an online route for exercising that right. For U.S. customers, this page does not create a statutory cooling-off right where none exists; it works together with our cancellation, return, refund, and other contractual rights.
